The Ried(Cru) Zwirch is located in the village of Inzersdorf and is a highly situated, yet wind-protected basin site. The bedrock is coarse, calcareous conglomerate of the Hollenburg-Karlstetten formation and is covered mostly by calcareous, but finely grained, silty clay loess and loess-loam.
Altitude: 255 to 350m.
