Site
Vineyards from the municipality of Reichersdorf. Sandy- loamy topsoil, limestone conglomerate in the subsoil; Favoured microclimate due to micro terraces.
Vinification
Selection of the best positioned grapes; crushed; 8 hours mash time, pressed in a pneumatic press; Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks at 19° Celsius. Then matured in steel tanks for 4 months.
Tasting notes
Medium yellow-green; Silver reflections, fine herbal spice, like mirabelle plums and guavas, delicately like vineyard peaches, hints of blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fruity sweetness of apricots, lemony aftertaste, light fruity but long-lasting, good accompaniment to food
Serving suggestion
Serve cool (10 – 12 °C), excellent with fish and shellfish; ideal for Asian cuisine.
