Vinification
Harvested at the 31st of December 2015 at minus 11°C. Fermented in stainless steel at 17° Celsius.
Tasting notes
Strawflowers and hay, very typical varietal character on the nose; dense with notes of caramel; dainty wooden nuances reveal traces of spice, clove cinnamon. This extraordinarily intense offering boasts with such an enormously sweet mellowness. Gorgeously focused and clean.
Serving suggestion
Serve chilled (12 – 15° C), goes best with desserts and cheese.
