Vinification
Harvested at the 13th of December 2012 at minus 11 ° C. Fermented in stainless steel at 17 ° Celsius.
Tasting notes
Strawflowers and hay, very typical varietal character on the nose; dense with notes of caramel; dainty wooden nuances reveal traces of spice, clove cinnamon. This extraordinarily intense offering boasts with such an enormously sweet mellowness. Gorgeously focused and clean.
Serving suggestion
Serve chilled (12 – 15° C), goes best with desserts and cheese.
