Vinification
Harvested at the 13th of November 2015. Fermented at 17° celsius, matured for 4 months in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Bright yellowish green, hints of strawflowers and hay, very typical varietal character on the nose; dense with notes of caramel; dainty wooden nuances reveal traces of spice, clove cinnamon. This extraordinarily intense offering boasts with such an enormously sweet mellowness. Gorgeously focused and clean.
Serving suggestion
serve cold (12 – 15°C), goes very well with desserts, mushrooms or blue cheese. The perfect finish to every menu.
