Site
Vineyards from the municipality of Reichersdorf. Sandy- loamy topsoil, limestone conglomerate in the subsoil; Favoured microclimate due to micro terraces.
Vinification
Selection of the best positioned grapes; crushed; 8 hours mash time, pressed in a pneumatic press; Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks at 19° Celsius. Then matured in steel tanks for 4 months.
Tasting notes
Medium yellow-green; Silver reflections, fine herbs, underlined with blossom honey, yellow tropical fruit, red apple notes. Juicy, elegant, golden delicious apple finish, extract-sweet aftertaste, well-integrated acidity, versatile
